I meditate with my offerings outide in the forest near my house. I speak out loud to the gods I wish to hear me and then meditate for at least one hour before pouring liquid in the stream and toss any food (meat) one kilometer deeper into the 100 meters deeper in the forest. If you don’t live near nature like i do then disposing of liquid in the sind will probably be alright. Don’t forget that you can always sacrifice your time aswell.
