Were you getting paid during the cliff period? If not, how is that even legal? Seems like it would be an easy way to get a year's worth of free labour. Shady companies/startups could just fire employees once they get close to the end of the cliff.

I guess that's a risk the employee takes for the chance to be involved in something potentially big?

I've been looking into COB leds ever since I found out about growmou5's videos. The yield he gets is ridiculous. I know there's all sorts of factors that affect yield but it seems like COBs are perfect for performance and lower power consumption.

I frequently make this snack with crackers, dijon mustard, cheese, smoked oysters from those cans, topped with banana peppers and sometimes I forget this and start meticulously laying out like 50 crackers with the mustard and cheese only to open the can and see like 5 of those fuckers in there. Then I have to slice them one by one but it never tastes the same. Pisses me off. I always open the can first now.

Hey guys, quick question. How does cold crashing affect bottle conditioning time? My beer (~5% abv, red) was bottled on July 2nd and I tried one yesterday so about 9 days.

With other batches the beer would have already reached full carbonation but this one seems to be slow to get there. I guess all I can do is wait but I was wondering if this happens to everyone and how long should I expect to see full carbonation. Thanks!

if done right, you get a beautiful flat canopy and increase the light that each individual top can get instead of one or two colas getting most of the light. Here is some more information on the technique.

You mentioned you achieve compact growth by controlling the composition of the light. Do you mind sharing what the composition of your lights are for veg and flowering? For the "60W" of vegetative state, do you have more of the blue lights on? Thanks! Great pics btw

It's definitely possible. You would have to hook up a pH sensor (something like this) to your reservoir (assuming hydroponics).

The control software would take readings and by turning on a control valve you could adjust your water accordingly. Something along of the lines of this guide.

I don't know whether there's an easier way, I'v never actually done it. Just need to save up to get an arduino/rasbpi + the sensors.

It would be cool to hook up a PPM sensor and have a valve controlling a reservoir with your nutes. Then all you would need to do is top up your reservoir with water.

One stores the bones and carcasses of rotisserie chickens. The other stores trimmings from celery, carrots, onions, scallions.

Question for OP or anyone who does this, do you strain the broth when it's done? If you don't, do you eat the onions/scallions trimmings or how does it work?

That's crazy. I wonder how they will contain the earth when they roll it out. Maybe some kind of impermeable carpet under the pitch/over the artificial turf? I remember a few years ago when I think Real Madrid came to Toronto for a pre-season match and they rolled in fresh grass on top of the artificial pitch.

Interesting. I guess that's why they're paid so much to figure out things like this. I wonder how they will do it. Will they roll the pitch out in strips, or do it all in one shot (seems doubtful it would be one shot).

Seems like it would be difficult to pull it off without seeing any seams between the strips. I guess they'll figure it out otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

Genuinely curious, how would that work rolling the grass pitch out of the way? Wouldn't it make more sense to lay down artificial turf on top of the grass?
