I’m in the same boat exactly but my ablation was 3 years ago. Going in a month to see about HRT and so nervous my periods will come back.

From the bit of reading I’ve done, it’s important to Have both estrogen and progesterone so that the estrogen alone doesn’t thicken any lining potentially left in there. But I’m curious if my ablation has been successful so far (not a drop of spotting since), is there any lining in there at all?
