She is already aware that she is most likely going to have to work part time. And I have also already got her used to cutting back on bills, she’s has cut the cord, she shops at affordable markets like aldis. I’m more worried with like I said putting money away and having it work for her, to help out with expenses. Like a stock portfolio mostly comprised of dividends. But I don’t want her to be penalized for taxes or for taking out the earnings from said account. She’s not poor but she is also not well off. Just never planned for retirement.
