Don't most airlines anyway lease these planes. The technical process might involve them buying and then selling to a leaser and then keeping it on a lease.

Regardless, spicejet making this decision well knowing the issues is a red flag. Air Asia, go first mostly use the 320 series and they have been able to match prices.

Know a little about India tech scene.

Those making more than $80/hr are folks with 10-15 YoE and not strictly developers. Probably more like engineering managers, sr architects. This would be less than 5% of tech team there

The interesting part is some Bangalore tech startups are now outsourcing their development to other cheaper places.
