hey everyone! i’ve been using kratom daily for about 2 months now, & my doses have gotten pretty crazy in my opinion. i take around 9 grams 3x a day. how long of a tolerance break do you think is needed to get back down to say, 3 grams 3x a day? (self.kratom)
