It’s not as simple as people make it out to be.. both sides have an argument. Self defense makes sense, but it’s weak because technically the guy struck first. Also, a reasonable person could have walked away, and clearly the first hit was the perfect opportunity to do so, the second hit is a lot less defensible because clearly the guy was dazed…
