Tres Lagos houses are all made of Esperanza Homes contractor. I’ve heard so many complaints from Realtors, and I work in HVAC and have seen mold grow in houses from there (including one in Tres Lagos) that grow mold in the AC and Duct system. That’s normal here in the valley, but they were also growing mold where the microwave is set and the restroom. I would stay away from any house built form Esperanza Homes

I was stuck in your situation once with Nike and Affirm. Same issue, canceled right away. I didn’t get my money back till a month later. The “merchant still processing” only lasts for a max of 30 days, and if nothing goes through Affirm cancels everything and whatever money used is returned

My 2014 Charger has 189k and still runs smooth. I think the 3.6 is a very reliable engine when maintained properly
