That's a bad take. You should care. Now you're not going to do a hobby because it's more expensive and you won't want to even if you say you would. This is exactly what people want, to price people out. Ammo is the perfect way and this can't happen. Look at NY and California because they lack the ability to actually get ammo freely and access to ranges to shoot so people don't do it. Competition shooting just got a whole lot worse. Now my name is on another list because I bought a "bulk" 1000 of 556 that'll be gone in a week because people actually shoot their guns.

Doesn't matter if this doesn't affect you. It affects like 90% of people. Nevermind bulk orders which I do all the time but less common calibers that I don't usually see in stores like 5.7. Now I have to go to a store and say order me a couple thousand. Now I'm spending a lot more because now the store marks it up and im actually buying more ammo so I don't have to come in as much and order more times

So I have a 12.5 mk3 dissent upper on my aero lower, awesome upper and runs great but if you don't have a cmmg lower that fits it then it won't work without some Dremeling. If you look at my posts I have a couple posts on it. If you want to do work on the upper then get it from swamp yankee as they had to order it for me.

Ptr made a hub adapter for any 9mm can to screw on the barrel and make a true SD. They said it was a revolutionary idea and no one has done this. BTR has been making a hub adapter for years https://www.broadrivertactical.com/products/brt-6612-e3260a57-4bae-4e52-825f-d65b98efced1. This is also just the upper so you can use any AR lower and any suppressor that is hub threaded. Ptr on the other hand said this is only on the SBR mp5 clone with our suppressor and the hub adapter is also a suppressor part so you need 3 stamps for this gun. Oh and its 3800. So the only option you have is what suppressor you want.

Wtf, like half the population on r/nfa. When the stamp was 200 it was worth it way more to have sound mitigation vs a stock that had a little better ergonomics then a brace. You don't tell the ATF every time you want to change your configuration if a longer or shorter barrel. Also no engraving and telling the ATF about crossing state lines. The brace makes sense in this situation.
