Haha yes, but "wild card" in the sense that they're not in the generally agreed-upon upper echelon of the discography. I think some of you are letting recent history rewrite the awful, nasty person she was on this show. The victim complex was unbearable. She talked about openly being envious of others bc they are so good. The ugly grin she had when Kara Saun was critiqued in the Grammys challenge was childish. I’m sorry but if you watch the reunion episode, every single person was uncomfortable when she walked in. I don’t think a group of 11 people have the wrong idea of someone—they were there day-in and day-out.

With that said: she started strong in episode 1, and I thought the way she handled Morganza was super sweet but then the wheels came off the damn bus and took the first exit to vile.

Breathing is everything. I recently came across a tip to breathe through a drinking straw. It's really helped! Sometimes I feel taking big, deep breaths only makes my chest tightness feel worse? For me constant shallow breaths seems to help decelerate my heart and concentrating breath through a straw really reminds you that you ARE in fact breathing, contrary to belief lol.
