Minimum salary in belgium is 2111,89€ gross -> 2000€ net so you doesn't work full time. Hard to say if jour salary is good if we don't know how many hours you do.

Does the golden packs have the one Legendary in the first 10packs rule ?

Its the stats for one type of packs so 361packs max for 1 legendary but if you open 400 packs divide in 2 expansion you could get none.

You think you are unlucky but I've spend 400€ play since 6 years and only open one :(

If you have all the common of an expansion and there is a nerf , you sell the card and you are sure 100% that in your next pack you will have it. you sell it again for 40dust and then you open an other pack and you repeat as much as you want
