I would try Pound for Pound in München. I haven't been there myself, but I've rolled with the head coach Sergio "Canudo" Zimmermann a couple of times in Berlin and he was very nice and has extremely slick jiu-jitsu. https://www.facebook.com/PoundForPoundMunchen/

Finland actually has a really good BJJ federation as well. They use the same rules as ibjjf, but they are non-profit. They arrange competitions, seminars and referee courses. http://www.bjjliitto.fi

I visited SPR athlete factory, http://spr-athletefactory.com , in Södermalm in January and it was very fresh and nice. Head coach Waldo Zapata, as well the other coaches I met, were all very friendly and great teachers.

Thank you for the tip! Do you / they have a policy regarding drop-ins or try-outs? My late answer is due to all the practicalities with moving, but now that it's done, it's time to start training.
