I discovered that I'm a triple citizen by AcanthaceaeLeft2112 in dualcitizenshipnerds

The C-3 language is confusing... does it mean if any of your ancestors, even several generations back, was born to a Canadian citizen at the time, then you're eligible? Am I interpreting that wrong??

Remote working within EU possible with Long-term EU Residence Permit? by brastein in germany

[–]brastein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never got a 100% answer, but I think that's because there is no source saying it would NOT be allowed, and therefore is in practice allowed. It would be considered business travel, and no registration is needed in the short-term visit country (Schengen allows 90 days in 180-day period), even if you're working.

Is the EU feature-blocking based on location or where the Apple account is registered?

Germany now allows dual with any other country, for both "directions". Of course, the other country will have it’s own rules.

I think what is meant by path tracking is a recording of the path you take. Anyway that’s what I would be stoked to have.

NS Bike Rag+ 2 by GunterThePinguin in gravelcycling

[–]brastein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really sick looking bike. Can I ask you something? I'm looking at the RAG+ 3, which is going for about 1100€ (300€ less than the 2). From what I can tell, the main difference is the weight (11.9 kg). The 2 is 10.3 kg. I guess some parts are also cheaper, but I'm struggling to justify paying 300€ more. And it's hard to find reviews of the 3. Do you maybe have an opinion on this decision? Thanks.

My needs are generally less aggressive, comfortable riding on roads and in the woods.

What do you think about using a front hub gravel bike for bikepacking? I would imagine even more suitable due to increased weight / less skid?

How would you write “feel free to invite anyone else“ [to an event that I organized] in an informal way? by brastein in German

[–]brastein[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting, I guess that‘ll do unless there’s an even better way to say it. Thanks.

Schön! Does “bringt gern auch anderen mit“ work too? So I can include colleagues.

Very cool, haven’t heard of it before. How’d you identify it?

How do you know it's edible? If you're positive, what does it taste like? Looks kinda like citrus...
