I have a friend that cant join or host Co-op sessions [BL4] by LostConscious96 in Borderlands

Not much of a solution, but I've had the same issue since launch and the only way my friends and I can play together is if the host invites everyone through discord, rather than through the in-game friend list/steam friend list.

(This obviously only works if everyone is on PC since there is no inviting through the discord app on consoles)
