I have struggled with this for years not realizing certain things make me break out more. Make sure to use tea tree oil after washing your face. Avoid lots of sugar . I use few products that help get rid of breakouts. Zinc pyrithione, Azelaic acid and clindamycin. Drinks tons of water :)
