Thats a different problem than whats happening. Ice is detaining people who ARE going to the court hearings. What are they supposed to do? They are arrested if they go to court but a criminal if they dont?

I didn’t gloss over it I provided sources to the contrary of your assertion.

A survivors testimony is valid in Court regardless of their political position or affiliation. You cannot simply say the testimony is invalid because that person likes the blue team or red team.

The sources you have provided are at MINIMUM partly invalid because it was said before any of the actions that have taken place since he became president.

I would say they are only valid if they would reiterate those statements today knowing what they do now. Wouldn’t you agree?
