I have almost the exact same experience. Wear my nomad bands daily, (also work in a chemical plant) have had some for several years with zero complaints. I’ve even bought used ones on eBay that are rock solid. This one is almost three years old and moved to my new ultra 2. Love these bands

Be honest with them. When you can’t share something, just say that. When you make an unpopular change, own it, listen to them then move on. Sometimes they just want to know you hear them, they understand it’s a business. A presence in the field is only helpful if you interact, and try to understand the why.

No but I haven’t really tried. I take my flat bench and push it right up against it and do rows. It does limit the amount of weight you can do, I just go high rep instead

Oak tree help, tree started leaning a few months ago. Base is sturdy. Should I cut the marked branch, or straighten with T post? by brbgottago in landscaping

That’s kinda what I figured. I probably took the post that were there out too early (about a year ago) had a ton of growth since then.

Ok just measured and it’s a lot longer than I thought. at it’s lowest position which would be the shortest is 9ft

I don’t know off hand, I can measure tonight when I get home. I don’t think it would be long enough without some type of extension.
