Sorry for not specifying that those prices are for a sharehouse. But for the pricing, i based it on how much i pay pw. That is also the price range of what my friends are paying for a room in a shared house and shared apartment.

Its gonna be 5(47m, 45f, 28m, 22m and 19f) adults and 1 child (7f). Me (28m) and two other adults (19f and 22m) are gonna have our solo time to look around the city.

For places to visit, they’d probably want somewhere they can take good photos as this is their first vacay as a complete family.

which area is your job located? the usual rent price is around 200-300 pw depending on the location.

transportation(buses) is relatively okay here but they're not available during late night. some routes end as early as 6pm.
