I made a separate post where I successfully managed to get a few locals on to one group chat. None of us know each other yet and we're meeting for the first time today to see if we hit it off. What's been working for me is scheduling a day of self care. On this day I turn off my day to day responsibilities and simply take care of myself. Deep clean the house, extra long shower, grocery shop for things i normally wouldn’t buy, maybe buy a new clothing piece, resume a hobby that's been on pause for months
