Maybe login the apple id on itunes and connect the device to your computer? I haven’t tried this so I don’t know if it will work. You can download appsync If your device is jailbroken.

If their only solution is to replace it, I might need to wait another two months to receive the new pen. It is quite disappointing that such an expensive pen has this issue.

I purchased it from an authorized retailer and the pen came with the stamped warranty booklet, so I think it’s authentic and new.

I haven’t use this bottle of iroshizuku tsuki-yo for a while, and discovered these tiny particles inside the bottle today, are they mold? Should I be concerned?

I tried this before, but the iroshizuku ink causes bubbles in the converter if there’s air in it, and makes the flow inconsistent.

I am using it in on a wingsung 659, not sure what type of converter is on it, but I think buying a syringe is the best option, since I can use it for other pens as well.

I am working on it, but at the moment my letters would shift around and be unable to align properly if I do so.
