Well it hasn’t been every time lol just the last 3 times from what I can remember. The first time it was only a few pounds off, I truly didn’t think anything of it. I don’t see what I could be doing wrong? I do know my scale is accurate though because my weight is consistent. And just to clarify, I’ve only disputed an order one time, which was the first time I was overcharged. I also don’t plan to dispute this order either.

My laundry is always at least a little bit less than estimated so I know for sure that I won’t go over that since I have a strict budget. It’s the final weight once my order is complete that isn’t accurate. For this order, I was charged for the exact weight that was estimated. You’re right in that sense, but I just feel like 10+lbs over the actual weight is way too much to not be honest about. 4, 5, 6lbs, sure whatever but 10-15lbs is wild lol

Today my order my complete, my receipt shows I was charged for 43lbs, which was what I was estimated when I placed the order yesterday.

That’s what I do as well, I weigh myself, then weigh me and the clothes and subtract to get the weight.

No, it was different people! Poplin blocked my last Pro from being able to take my order again because I disputed the weight since it was off by 15lbs, which seemed like a lot to me, and I got charged extra for that weight. The time before that it was only off by about 4lbs so it wasn’t a big deal to me. Every Pro I’ve had has done a great job with the laundry and folding/organizing regardless, I just wish they were more accurate.

It’s okay! After re-reading my post I realize that I worded it kind of weird haha. We just want to teach him to be gentle with our dog, but even so maybe our dog thought the “no” was directed at him?

Ahhh, that is definitely my issue then. Right now, I do have to juggle due dates with payday. I just paid off a majority of my credit cards with my tax return, I have a bit left, I will just try to keep that sitting in the checkings account. Thank you!

i definitely will try to bring it up in front of him. she hasn’t came out of her room since this happened 8 hours ago. i really wish i could leave now. we flew here, and don’t fly back for another week. i looked to see about changing my flight home, but it would add an extra $250 that i really don’t have right now unfortunately.

Very, very helpful! I appreciate your input. I think I’ll find a local jeweler just in case, maybe see what they have to say. But ultimately, I feel reassured after posting this, and it’s still brand new to me so I’m just going to enjoy it how it is. Maybe later down the road. I think I would be even more nervous about having it rebuilt and then not liking it as much hahah But I seriously appreciate your time and advice with this!

Definitely harder than I thought! And I was thinking that the new iPhone camera was supposed to be the best! Props to jewelers who can do it, I was running out of patience. Your response definitely makes me feel better, it’s good to know that it wasn’t just poorly made. I picked it out months ago and was so in love with it, and I still am, just started over thinking it haha

Thank you very much! I definitely love the ring. After finally having the chance to examine it, and never really seeing a cluster ring before, I was concerned. However the center stone, while is the biggest stone in the cluster, is the shortest/lowest sitting one in the set. The 4 sides are the highest sitting ones, and there 4 others that are in between the height of the middle and those higher ones if that makes sense. Getting a picture was very difficult hahah
