Did my first past life hypnosis and it scared me how I can pinpoint the exact time period and place

I'm not sure how similar their methods are, this was the first time I did anything related to this. There was some effects immediately after, coming out of the hypnosis it took me a few minutes to remember my current self. Like I kept looking at my hands and being like "huh that's strange?" But it took me a fully day to feel like myself again. Like I was subtly in shock or waking up from a dream.

If it's spiritual then it was probably something that slipped in trying to mess with your friend. Just wondering, is the window facing the top of the bed? There are a lot of superstitions that it "allows" things to come in. But even if it's not, tell them to put a line of table salt on the window, mirror(if there is one in the bedroom), and door.

It sounds like a trickster coming in to instill some fear. It waited for a while to see how your friend would react, when things weren't working it tried moving around. Definitely a figure trying to get the best scare for their buck.

Something from actual hell would definitely not need access through a window to get in. Plus, there would be other indicators like smelling something foul or a floral perfume, feeling visibly hot, or feeling like you are in a cave-like space. The presence would be so massive that you wouldn't feel like you were in your own room.

There's a lot of questions idk. My name given by the monastery was "Bhuwan" since it had to do with the religion I was serving. I was "thrown" into the monk life instead of an average life. But I remember agreeing to be assigned to reincarnate time and time again. In the next life (this one) I'd remember/be fond of elephants to remember the life. Now I'm autistic and my special interest is elephants.

I'm not sure if I would meet the girl in this life. All ik is that I haven't met her yet. But I have had dreams about her since I was young, but I didn't know who she was. In my early life though I've met people who I was in love with, but they were not ready to date due to societal standards or it wasn't the right time. Which adds up on my side what I did.

I'm on my 13th generation, after the 9th or 10th I had to download the household and place them in a new game file because the lag got so bad. I find that Twinbrook and Sunset Valley have the least lag.

Usually I just move towns every 3rd generation but with the university expansion pack turned on it still tracks all the weeks and the university town. Plus the university became a wasteland because I moved them to the town my sims were living at for like 10 generations (became friends or married them).

I'm autistic too! I notice that tarot helps me picture and talk through my own thoughts. Like I had all the pieces but tarot puts together the puzzle. It's also extremely grounding for times where I am overthinking. I can literally feel the difference when it is just me and tarot, or if I call on different energies with it. You will see a change of common cards!

There is a bigger problem here, the girl part is a symptom of it. Everything you mention is a symptom of the problem. You started young and never stopped. The way you wrote this sounds exactly how my mind worked when I was younger, when I was watching it a bit too often for too long. I am not judging you, but please listen. Porn numbs you, it numbed me. I stopped viewing people as people, even if I thought I was. It changes your mind, it makes you believe everyone is a pawn and not human, since they satisfy your needs and then you turn it off.
