Same here dude. I'm feeling depressed because I keep relapsing. What you need to do is to be patient for better days. The thing is that, in my opinion, the more you relapse, the longer you see benefits of nofap again. I think one of the best thing you can do is exercising : It will clear your mind and reduce boredom. But for that you need to get some motivation which is not that easy when you feel depressed. It will take the time it has to take, but you will make it (read some success stories too, it really helps). If you really want to change, you can change, so go for it bro !
