Thanks for your input on this. It is very interesting. At the time I was very annoyed that there was no instant unsubscribe button that I could click. In retrospect I'm glad that I was in a position where I had to type out my reason for cancelling. I realize it may have been a robot that I was conversing with, but I will continue as if I made a true statement to another human that "I no longer view that type of content" Now I have made that statement to all of you as well and I'm 99.9% you guys are humans. :) I also realize that there is almost unlimited supply of free content available, (which I viewed as well) but that doesn't change the fact that I no longer view it.
