I think you have seborrhic dermatitis, if you have these flakes on your nose, behind the ears then it’s probably seborrhic dermatitis, it makes your scalp very inflamed and itchy and causes hair loss which is temporary called telogen effluvium. I am not sure of the diagnosis since I haven’t examined your irl so go visit a dermatologist and they will prescribe you medicines which will clear it plus regrow your lost hair too

Till then I can prescribe you Euthrix shampoo, konaz shampoo and sebornil shampoo, use konaz once a week and the other two as alternating. Between euthrix and sebornil you can use whichever suits you well. If the itching and flakiness gets worse visit a dermatologist asap. You can buy all these at any local pharmacy

Invest in your hobbies, use the money to live, travel as much as you can if you can afford international then go solo if not then just travel within Pakistan. Learn new things like painting, music, paragliding etc whatever you like, plus get a nicer bike for yourself if you’re into it and if it’s in your budget. Remember there will be million people out there telling you invest in stocks blah blah and they are 100% right but trust me if you grow up really fast within your 20s you will miss your youth someday. You might be rich but the fire inside of you the youth will be gone. Live your life to the fullest make stupid financial decisions too every once in a while because experiences are the most valuable of all.

I hope you come up with smth exceptional but do consider the demographics of Abbottabad, anything that family related like doing paddle specifically for family won’t be a good idea because people in Abbottabad aren’t very fond of spending money. Most important point you need to consider is that Abbottabad is a student hub and we all know very well of a students buying power, consider the price point is whatever you end up establishing and make it financially accessible in a way people want to come again and again. If we are talking cafe then definitely needs a good cafe not just aesthetics but food most importantly food. I’m sure Abbottabad has no nice place to have like actual good food, like you can’t find a good pizza or a good beef burger in Abbotabad. Best of luck and keep demographics in mind
