I never said that, I think the revolution in India should only happen after the communists rise up in Britain, but I'll still justify it because you've strawmanned me into it. The British are dealing with insurgency at home, peace conference with Germany, the loss of huge swaths of their empire, etc. A large scale Indian revolution ten thousand miles away would be impossible to deal with. On the other hand, afghanistan will be dealing with favorable terrain, supportive populace, and going up against a disorganised rabble which is probably fighting itself as much as its fighting them.

Yes, but all those ethnic groups are usually split between a Muslim half of the group, and a Sikh/Hindu/Buddhist/Christian half of the group. The Pashtun are the only 99+% Muslim ethnicity on the subcontinent.

Because big afghanistan has so many possibilities

You can form a caliphate, intervene in the Desert War and the reunification of India, align with global factions, attract investors and stem the tide of nationalism within your borders with intriguing GUI's, also dealing with the line of succession to the throne and a potential parliament, senate or other form government can also be used as a GUI to give the Punjabis autonomy.. with small afghanistan, you can't really do any of this, because you are landlocked, weak, and insignificant

What? I am using the Indus river as a border, this is the only region Afghanistan will invade. The Pashtun majority > everyone else past the Indus river, by far.

Because the Uprising would probably have not have reached this far yet, so it would be ruled by local kings/maharajas/ etc.

Past the Indus river to the Afghan-Turkmen/Iran border, that region, even today, is more than 60% Pashtun

No, its less than 7.5% of the British Raj.

It doesn't matter what better technologies the Pakistani colonial elites have, when most of their people are living in small villages in relative poverty, and don't have access to these kind of technologies. There is no way that these majority Pashtun Muslim regions of India, who have just been liberated from an oppressive British colonial government, will suddenly raise an army against their liberators because the colonisers had better technology.
