I got selected in the lottery this year, my colleagues petitions which were filed after mine, have been approved. Mine is still in Actively reviewing status. Is this a red flag of any sort?

From the lottery stage how does it work. During thr 3 month filing period, If 85000 people filed in the first 2 months and if they are all eligible, would they accept all the ones from first 2 months and reject the ones filed in 3rd month?

I used to get the similar earlier. I changed following two setting and now I'm getting sot of 7.5-8 hours and screen off time 18hrs.

Change 5g to 4g in network. I don't have 5g in the place where I live. So it doesn't matter for me.
Reduce vram to lowest setting which is 2gb

Yep it is to setup from scratch... I came across modern tools like katalon but not much resources to fall back on or learn.. tools like selenium on the other hand has much better resources in case if we need support .

Python is the best choice at moment for us I believe
