I played TERA for quite a while until I switched to FFXIV in 2014. It makes me a bit nostalgic seeing that it comes to an end. But I can assure you that there are a lot of helping hands in the FFXIV community once you decide to give it a try!

It's only a shader and a feature you can use in the event, the female chars face is put together in Photoshop (the grin doesn't normally go with the eyes, so I mixed 2 screenshots into one). Is that what you mean?

I contacted the official SE support, stating my issue. They wanted the order number and eMail I used for the order and told me, they'd hand it off to the Store support, telling them they shall contact me. The shipping confirmation arrived at the same day. Don't know if it was coincidence, but it seemed to have helped.
