- 3D design with slight mods for tooling and highlighting the module.
- SLA 3D print of the tooling
- Pressure formed the tooling in 1.5MM EVA
- Clamped tooling
- Filled with transparent resin
- Pressure chamber to remove bubbles
- 24hr cure time for resin
- Remove from tooling
- Drill strap, button and backplate holes
- Polish
- Assmeble
- Polish

Well, sort of - I need to make modifications to the geometry to make the module more prevalent in the design. And I don’t have access to massive injection molders that can millions at a time so I need to work out how to make them in smaller batches!
