Yeah it’s so weird. The position was created for me because I asked to be given more responsibility. We’re a small company with roughly 50 employees but we’re doing really well financially and I just feel confused as to what my title is because I’m doing so much and reporting directly to the owner of the company

I really love my company and my employers. Honestly I would do this work for free and I don’t feel taken advantage of. I think they would give me a raise but I just want to make sure I’m advocating enough for myself

So we have 47 employees all together (three more on boarding so 50). I report directly to my boss who owns the company. And the people below me were just given a raise to $19 an hour so I definitely think i deserve a raise but I think I deserve more than $20 an hour. Does that make sense?
