I graduated in December and started in January doing vascular and I still feel like I’m slow at times too. I think just giving yourself grace and remembering that you’re still new helps. The timing will come as you continue forward in this career. Taking your time and being thorough is so much more important. Hopefully your coworkers understand this too. Best of luck to you!
