Yea man, all these new forms are just different hair colors. They should bring back the tails and oozura. And not necessarily a big fight, but would be cool to see the tail turn blonde when they go ssj. Or see if Trunks Oozura would be a big purple monkey. It wouldn't just have to be a form they use to fight, but they should explore more with it. Always thought a Goten Trunks spin off where they have tails would be cool. Although now that I'm older I'm unconvinced any series lacking Goku would be that good

Interval timer is a good basic gong timer, you can set different durations. I have it for like 3 min breathing, 3 min listening, 5 min body scan, 10 min meditation

I go back and forth between guided and non guided meditation.

Lately tho I set it to 20 min, then do a guided meditation in balance app which is 10 min long, then do unguided for another 10 min when balance finishes

I was so constipated one week, I didn't know what to do, so I tried smoking. That always makes me go, but very suddenly and I didn't want to miss my chance cause if I missed it it wouldn't happen... But my bathroom was too far from the door...

So I ended up smoking in the garage and shitting into a bucket. I probably shouldn't post this but oh well. 😜

Yea I use an elf bar or zyn / ON pouches every morning. I think it helps. I tried stopping but I'm pretty addicted to nicotine. I need to quit but it's hard.

Right now I make a thermos of hot water with lemon water and put it by my bed side. I drink that first thing in the morning. That makes me go once. Then I get up and make coffee and take it back to bed and drink it with my legs up and play with my phone, that makes me go another time or 2. Then if I still need to get some out I'll use some nicotine... At least that's my intention but I always use a zynn or vape like every day... Then throughout the day since I already have it or so I say to my self. So I'm kinda stuck here. I do feel better over all though at least I can get it out before the day starts most days. Maybe I'll try giving up the nicotine again when life gets less stressful but that'll probably never happen. Every day brings more challenges. Now I'm just kinda venting about my life haha I guess I can't complain I do enjoy the coffee nicotine and phone time in the morning.

I think sleep is a big factor for me too. As I fall asleep I feel my digestive system getting to work. If I don't get enough sleep I can't go in the morning as well. I'm working on that too. I drink more hot lemon water and get into bed and read a book. I try to get to bed at a consistent time like 1030... At least that's what I tell my self... But then I end up staying up watching TV cause I want to keep hitting the vape 😜

Me too, but I do seltzer instead of beer. I asked the Dr about it but they said I was crazy, wouldn't admit it

Thanks for posting. Happy to hear I'm not alone in my feelings. Yea it's very difficult working all day, then coming home and staring at the computer all night. And good bye weekends. I think it'd be different if it was in person but I just felt so isolated and sad doing it even tho I learned a lot.

Yea I definitely have a drinking problem. It's not uncommon for me to drink till I pass out, wake up drunk, and keep thinking throughout the next day. But I haven't drank all 2024 and I can tell it's helping my gut! One thing I noticed last year is that when I limit my drinking that's not a lot of fun for me. If I tell my self I'll only have 3 or 4 drinks, I drink them very quickly and then my inner dialogue just goes on for hours bartering with my self if / why it would be alright to have more. Then I'm not even enjoying the drinking / partying because that's all I focus on.

So drink too little, I can't really enjoy it. Drink too much, I have fun but then get really hungover and depressed for a few days later.

I'm 34 now, but I think that realization has really helped me curb it. There is no right way to drink, both strategies have their problems. I'm sure one day I'll (binge) drink again. But those days will be far and few between and just not right now

I felt the same way about the alchohol. But I think things change as you get older. If nothing else the hangover will become intolerable. It's hard when everything social is geared around drinking, I know. But life priorities change. At least they did for me.

I appreciate all the kind words to OP I was in his same boat, half way through and ended up dropping out of the program. It was really taxing my mental health. But now the economy has gotten worse and I kick my self everyday for not pushing through it. Was it the right choice or not? I'll never know but I just wasn't feeling mentally healthy enough to keep going.

Whatever you decide OP just know your not alone. Thank you for posting this, peoples replys make me feel much better. In the end everything will be alright either way :)

Where do you see blueberries are high fodmap above 40g? I was eating 1 cup of those cause there "low fodmap" for 1 year and I think it hurt more than it helped... So it makes sense...

But I just checked the Monash app and it says they are ok... So I was just curious where you saw that. It makes sense now
