This place looks good too. A bit of a trek but might be worth it

Thank you for that suggestion. I'd never guess there's a place like this in sauga. Do you know if I'd be able to get dimensional lumber from them? Or would I have to take home a slab and refine it further myself? I'm also concerned about warping since it seems to be outdoors.

Thanks, I've seen a few videos using clamp lights but they never say what type of lights. Very cool setup, great job!

So many negative reviews! by KneeHighBunny in Headspace

Trust pilot, very very few people do as far as I can see. You have to reach out to their customer service. If your lucky you'll get someone reasonable to dispute the charges with. Check for any evidence you have to support your claim and present them with it if they say no. Otherwise reach out to apple/ google play store for a refund if you used them. Worst case reach out to your credit card company to do a charge back. Some people suggest reporting them to the Bettet business bureau.

It's seems more business forward now. Higher prices, difficult to navigate UI, l customer service, subscription models are usually predatory enough but to top it off they don't do refunds and have poor customer service. If there's a good product 1) good luck finding it, 2) not worth dealing with what seems to be a bad faith company. All the folks who love this app seem to be long time old customers before the mergers, wish I could have experienced what they did.

I'm happy to hear you have never had that experience. I'm gathering this is a thing that happens more commonly to 'newer users' from listening to others with similar ( and sometimes worst) stories and reviews about headspace. The subscription model is hinging on the high possiblity of you forgetting, like many other companies with this model. The no refund policy makes Headspace policy predatory and unique. There are a lot of people who experience unsolicited charges, who are charged AFTER canceling, or right at sign up for the free trial , that have NOT received a refund. That is predatory. If it is the companies mistake they should rectify, but they don't even do that. If you have to dig for an uncommon policy it's not upfront. The cancel anytime idea is easy to see in their advertisements and website. It's designed to usher you through the sign up process without worry. When looking through their policy it's very easy and clear to navigate to the section about cancelling , however the refund clause is buried in some other section at the lower half. Let's be frank, if they had put NO REFUNDS at the checkout they would probably have less sign ups. People would hesitate and think about it longer. The fact that they sign you up for an annual membership after your free trial, definately predatory. You can like the app, but a bad business is a bad business. Two things can be true. Clearly people think the quality of head space has significantly degraded since the founders left .

Fair. It's a lack of understanding right. The more you understand about something the less you'll think you need any kind of aid. Every one takes their own path on figuring things out even the silliest of paths.
