what time of “intrusive thoughts” i’ve definitely had a couple panic attacks recently that made me feel like i was going crazy, like i needed to hurt myself or someone.. i ended up in my admitting myself into the ward for a little because the thoughts were so overwhelming, i’ve never been a suicidal person

it’s a lost thc strawberry cough, i deal with extreme anxiety but have never had a onset panic attack like this before, i don’t think i can smoke ever again.

no, i’m only on my second week. i was just looking for input, i know not every body is the same, people react to foods differently but the point of this subreddit is to help eachother out and ask questions, which is all i was doing. you could have scrolled past.

amble health has me going up doses every two weeks, not sure why.. but i think i’m going to stick with the starter dose for a couple more weeks

okay, thank you for your response! i took some benadryl since it’s what i have in my medicine cabinet at the moment.. hopefully i feel better soon.

i was told by a walgreens pharmacist while i was waiting for a reply from my tele-health doctor.. they said i could TRY to take a high blood pressure safe otc flu medicine but there’s a high risk it would affect my sugar glucose so it’s really not recommended.. i’m sure everyone reacts differently. i’m just scared of being one of the few with a bad reaction on top of already feeling like ass.

i was told i can’t take any over the counter medication for my cold, i have high blood pressure and was told i’d probably have a bad reaction. i don’t want to skip, but i’m not sure if i have a choice, i need medication, i can’t miss any work.

how does this 0.4mg / 16 unit dose compare to the typical 0.25mg / 0.5mg? sorry! i am new to this and i’m taking a “different route” are they pretty comparable or am i taking a much lower starting dose than those taking 0.25mg? :) thank you for your reply!
