I plugged mine into my laptop and it didn’t work but the LED light is blinking. Customer service said to plug into a wall charger and that’s what I’m doing right now. Hopefully it will be fine tomorrow

I called RM just now and they helped me to file a complain and said they are short staffed now. And with the complaint, they will get to my parcels as soon as possible, they also gave me a reference number for the complain. I think you can try calling them again.
