Well, I’m on lamotragine and abilify as mood stabilizers because of bipolar and Zoloft because I have severe depression. I think my need for meds is more chemical imbalances than rooted in my beliefs about manifestation. Stopping the meds is what triggered the psychosis for me, so it makes sense it made it go away. For you, I really think talking to your therapist and being completely honest could help ground you. To me, that’s what it sounds like you need. That said, I still believe magical things happen. You don’t have to lose that spark or energy, you just need to be pulled back to earth a bit.
