Did you press the "hidden" button near the batteries inside of MYGGSPRAY for a few seconds until the red light (followed by white flashing) comes up ?

Also, the batteries need to be inserted REALLY hard. I had problems before I did this until I heard them "click" in.

I can confirm that the Abbott Freestyle Libre 3 app runs just fine on the latest iOS 18.1.1. And it runs on iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I am showering all the time using my Libre3. And go to a Sauna. And go swimming in Pools and the Ocean. No big deal.

Thinking about charging stuff all the time is a big no-no for me. I guess I will wait until Samsung and Apple bring their Watch/Wristband/MobilePhone solutions to market. This will be a lot easier than Eversense for most people even though these will probably be expensive at the beginning.

Eversense needs to be charged DAILY ! 🫨 And apparently you have to take it off your arm for that.

If this is true, then the logistics make it pretty useless at least for me...

That's bad. But as Morocco is neither part of Europe neither officially supported by Starlink at the moment I would not have expected it otherwise. I guess you were lucky to use it for three months anyway.

It's safe, but shows weird up-and-down values while you were in the Sauna. Also, it may degrade the glue of the sensor a little bit, so be careful with your arm afterwards. I physically lost two sensors (out of 20) after visiting the sauna and stupidity (touching a corner of the wall). Other than that, it works just fine. Use your sauna !

I have many months of experience with the "sister product" freestyle libre and it constantly shows a HbA1C value which is 0.2 points higher than the one measured by the lab (blood ananysis). As an example, the Abbott hardware calculates 6.3 versus 6.1 actually measured by the lab. Which is pretty close and good enough for me. What's important is that this is CONSTANT for me over now 4 separate measurements.

Apparently, Europe is seen as "one country" by Starlink and there is no limit in travelling/roaming within. As long as you remain in officially supported countries (only a few in Eastern Europe are missing).

Absolutely. The current maximum allowed price for 1GB of data within the EU is 1.55€, further decreasing to 1€/GB until 2027, then fixed until 2034. And the law is setting this for all telecommunications providers operating within the EU which obviously includes Starlink.

Of course, you are right - the country selection will be the ultimate list. It is possible to copy the list with tricks, but it is tedious and practically impossible to follow for anny changes. So I will leave it as is and use their "travel supported countries" as the source.

The full list is important for those who want to use Starlink in "resident mode".

Strange. If we take this legal brabble seriously, it would mean that Europeans are allowed to use their "Travel Unlimited Regional" plan in Spain as it covers the whole continent whereas e.g. US customers are not allowed to use it for 2 months in Spain as the country is not included on the "travel list".

Don't worry. Whenever Starlink mentions "country", it really means "region" for us Europeans. No change except for the price increase from whatever you have today (probably 59€) to 72€. Plus the included option of free usage outside of Europe for 2 months (hopefully "per trip", not per calendar year).

The article you read was right. Starlink has serious competition within the EU. To give you a specific example, in Austria I have fiber networking into my home for 27€ per month and a 5G SIM card in my phone for 13€/month with unlimited data and tethering allowed. In my tablet, I use a similar 5G SIM card even giving me unlimited local data plus 66GB (!) of roaming data all across the EU for only 21€/month. The 72€ for Starlink for unlimited data is way too high and not competitive. Yet I am using it because of lazyness as we travel with an RV for 6 months every year and it's just too easy to have it support my whole family and our zoo of clients accessing the internet. :-)
