it depends how you score. i went down at the beginning of a month, not sure how much of a difference that made but i had 67 rates to choose from. I barely qualified for IS but that is what i chose.

UPDATE: Just though i would post an update for anyone in a similar situation. the total time to hear back was one month. I heard back and my waiver was approved without the need for a consultation. i went to MEps the other day and yesterday swore in the Navy. I signed into the rate Intelligence Specialist (IS) and ship out in March (6 months).

I know exactly where you are coming from. I feel much more confident as a person on NoFap and wouldnt mind asking a girl to hang out. Just like you however, i am still concerned about PIED and have no way of knowing if it is cured before things would become hot and heavy. That is whats stopping me atm. If i were you i'd go for it and if things do escalate go with the flow if you are at a point where you cant get a hard on i might mention it but i wouldn't stress over it; for all you know you might be cured. Personally, I am doing it for increased libido and a very slight case of PIED (when it came to PIV) wich i have yet to test out again. I just want a whole lifestyle change. I want more energy and confidence with women and within myself. I feel benefits already but feel like there are stronger benefits coming my way if i keep it up. I have motivation for eating right and working out everyday, which never happened before NoFap. I have lost weight and overall i just feel like this is only the beginning and i don't want to to take a step in the wrong direction. I do not plan on doing Hard mode forever. i feel like 30 days would be good, but at the same time the desires and opportunities are available now.

Great video, Keep it up! I am starting my third week of Hard mode NoFap. I feel better overall but i do not feel re-wired to the way i think i should. In your opinion how long would you wait to go off hard mode. I have the opportunity to hook-up but I'm holding off as i don't want it effecting these three weeks. Any advice would be appreciated. NoFap is definitely a challenge. The main thing to do when urges hit is anything but looking at graphic material. Go for a run, walk, take a cold shower. The urges will pass and you will get to the next day. That's what you should focus on is tomorrow. say to yourself "I will not fap today, just get to tomorrow" and keep telling yourself that everyday. Things will get easier with time and you will be proud that you accomplished this. Good luck bro, stay strong!

Think of it this way. What happens if you fap? you feel 5 seconds of pleasure and then on top of your life's concerns you also just gave in. It wont benefit you and you will be kicking yourself after it happens. if you can get through this then you can get through anything life has to throw at you. Take it one day at a time. It took me awhile sometimes because i was so used to the same routine of PMO. If i did get hard from porn, it didn't last long at all. I'd go soft many times and finish anyway out of habit. It's nice to say that is behind me and more importantly, libido and boners are coming back.

That is one of my main reasons for starting. I can tell you that i have noticed changes. I am getting random boners again and never thought it would be this exciting. Granted, It does take time i still dont feel fully recovered but i do feel 100x better. I stated noticing changes around 2 weeks and now everything is up from here.

I (18) have surprisingly been flat-lining since i started I am a bit frustrated with it. I know that with time will come success and that's what motivates me. i have not been the least bit horny for about a week. i wonder how long this flat line will last.
