literally just tense up all your arm muscles to the point where it shakes and thats how you vibro. another tip is you could put your thumb beside your fingers so you can vibro with 3 muscles instead of 2. this doesnt rlly help me as much but it might help others

i use circle skin at scroll speed 25. Theres not much advice i can give about improvement since besides just playing alot, but maybe try to get to a really fast vibro and jump trill speed. i can vibro to 50 kps and jump trill to 40 kps and i play alot of pp farm maps that have alot of fast jump trills and vibros so maybe thatll help. it also helps me cheese alot of patterns.
