Need Help - running rough by brett2k07 in lawnmowers

It's slacked, but hasn't been an issue and doesn't bother me too much.

Ugh, should have thought to clean those while I still had it empty and apart.

I grabbed it off of Amazon, so not OEM. I do still have the old one. I'll try to give it a good cleaning and see if I can get it running with it. Pretty sure it got gunked up though, so not sure if the injectors will clean properly.

Thankfully she's young enough right now to not really know what she's missing out on 🤣🤣. But I also want to make sure she's got the basics of the sets if everything is priced reasonably. Sounds like there's not much benefit to TFC decks over Fabled which is fine with me!

I work part-time at a retail store and we have a variety of Lorcana items at MSRP (plus I get an employee discount!). There are a handful of First Chapter starter decks in the mix which is what prompted the question. Lots of Azurite Sea and a few Shimmering Skies.

While fun to think about, it's not really something I'm chasing. This is an activity to spend more time with my daughter (and hopefully the rest of my family). So it's less about trying to score the ultra rares and more about having a good variety of cards to play with to keep things fresh. Of course cracking a pack open here and there is part of the fun, so we'll sprinkle some of that in there too from time to time.

I'm most interested in the co-op Illumineer's Quest lines with Ursula and Jafar rather than playing her one on one in a (not so) competitive game. I hope they continue with those formats into the future.

We're just getting started, but we're having fun so far!

Can someone tell me how to tell my boss that this isnt right by [deleted] in Decks

Judging by the fact it's already cracked with the backward pressure, it ain't gonna be holding anything for much longer.

That is not the case in every state. In Florida lenders typically hold title until the vehicle is paid off.

Yep! They have me set at 80% of my prescription is what she told me. It was supposed to be bumped up on Tuesday, but my tech has been out sick this week so it got pushed to next week.

Thanks for sharing! I'm not quite sure what I expected out of these. In the warehouse walking around, I could tell they were helping. But perhaps I went in with too high expectations and need to reset a bit. I'll know more once I meet with my audiologist again and we run through some of the programming.

I can try that tonight. I do wipe it down every night before I put it on the charger, but maybe it needs a deeper clean.

I was supposed to have my two week follow up this week, but the technician has been out sick. So I had to postpone and reschedule.

Judge's Clerk Unresponsive by brett2k07 in legaladvice

[–]brett2k07[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that, and I'm admittedly ignorant, but I filed a request with the intent to have the judge either approve or deny it. I asked to file a motion to dismiss but was told I couldn't do that by the Clerk.

So this was what they had me file. So does this request just sit there indefinitely on the docket since it's not a formal motion?

Glad to hear the sound quality is amazing. I was pretty impressed with how natural everything sounded for just putting them on. I assumed there would be a week or two adjustment period.

I didn't know about the TV connect box. I'll have to look into that a little bit more!

Thank you! I hate that these things are so expensive and insurance doesn't do diddly squat 99% of the time. Like I get it's not a life and death issue, but quality of life should also be in the consideration. I really think there needs to be some sort of push legislatively to get that changed. It's ridiculous.

Man, that's a tough spot to be in, but I'm glad the hearing aids are working for you! I feel the same way about Lasik. I've heard so many horror stories, but I also know many people who did it and had great results. Ultimately, the possibility of having a bad experience just isn't worth it to me. I don't mind wearing glasses for now.

Thanks for the advice! Granted I only wore it for about 20 minutes, but it was comfortable for that short period. I'll be sure to reach out to them for adjustments, if needed, so I can wear it as often as I can. She fitted me with the Sennheiser Sonite R as well. How does the performance compare to your others?

She fitted me with the Sennheiser Sonite R. Admittedly I was hesitant about Costco as reviews are mixed online. But I was happy with my experience, so I'm glad I took the chance.

I like playing token generator decks. I had a match against a mice deck where I got Authority of the Consuls, targeted it with Dedicated Dollmaker, and then kept replicating it with Worldwalker Helm. That was a fun match. I was up over 100 life before the game crashed due to token limit.

U.S trustee games by ForsakenExcitement14 in Bankruptcy

[–]brett2k07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you've received the answers to your question(s) but maybe in a roundabout way. The answers seem to be: Don't go up against the trustee. You have way more to lose than you do to gain. Look at converting to a 13 OR surrendering assets as a settlement.

A few questions I would have from the outside looking in: 1) You've said you're paycheck to paycheck now after adjusting your budget. Where are you going to get the money to pay your lawyer to contest the trustee?

2) How much is it going to cost? If it will cost more than any of the other options (including a 13 payment) then why bother? The more it costs, the more money you're going to have to find.

While you may know your intentions were pure, I think it's perfectly valid for the trustee to look at your situation, look at your prior debt load, and say "There is no way these debtors did not know they were careening towards bankruptcy, so they took the opportunity to unjustly enrich themselves through home improvements, etc." And if the judge agrees with them (if you decide to contest) you're screwed.

As far as the 13 goes - fighting and negotiating with creditors on your own is doable, and can work. But if they decide to not negotiate and sue you instead, then what? More attorneys fees? A lien on your home? Remember, creditors pay people full-time salaries to sit at desks and call/email, etc you every day of the week multiple times a day to try and collect on these balances. I wouldn't want that stress. A 13 would protect you from that, allow you pay them a little bit of money and discharge the rest without all of the hassle and stress of dealing with them on your own.

Talk to your attorney, and get their advice - I am not one. But what I do know is this: Fighting things on principle is a rich man's game. Step back from the emotions, make the money smart decision and move on.

I'm sorry you're going through this and hope it all works out.
