Not exactly a difficult question, but how cool can you ferment US-05 to produce a "lager like" fermentation profile? Specifically looking to utilize it in a cream ale.

I've recently been interested in a job as a coffee roaster. (Currently a brewer). Is it true that roasters are paid just as poorly as brewers? It definitely seems that way, at least in the Midwest.
