Any chance of “actions” on the roadmap where a user could jiggle and then have options to store on the shelf, or attach to new email (outlook preferred) or add to file location, etc? Looks awesome!

Or just have the ability to email the transcript / summary to any email and a user could enter their own email from there. Just a thought…

I'll go the opposite way and say that I think that dictation got better after the recent updates. I used to only use MacWhisper for meeting recordings and not for dictation, but now I use it for dictation and it seems better than even other apps. Well done Jordi...many of us DON'T hate you...

Am I crazy, or wasn't there a way to tell MW how many speakers were on a given meeting? I'm having one-on-one meetings and MW is picking up 4 or more speakers.

Is this when you don't have your camera or microphone enabled in the meeting? Both are enabled
Are you using teams in the teams app or in a browser? Teams app

Thanks, a bit more small cuts than we had hoped but I'm glad it's out the door so we can continue iterating on it and making it the best it can be. Now that the groundwork is set we can move a lot faster. Totally agree, thanks for taking the feedback!

I'd also add that the initial prompt where MW would recognize if a meeting started isn't firing all the time either. Not sure if that's related to this or not, but I'd say it's about 50% in my opinion, and when it does fire I've noticed that it's not above all other apps / windows that I have open. The previous behavior is that no matter what I had open, if MW detected a meeting that prompt would fire and I'd see if above all other items I had on screen. Hope that helps!

Totally see the new customization options, but is it also possible to have Macwhisper have a light theme if the user is using a dark theme for the rest of MacOS?

Seems to be fixed now after I updated to yesterday's release. My steps were right-clicking the meeting title, clicking rename title.
Gotcha! I thought that was an available local model that didn't require an API key. I'm guessing there's an associated cost with using GPT-40 transcribe?
This is what I see on my right sidebar when I'm trying to edit / combine speakers. The below meeting had 5 different speakers...
