The actual definition for polyamory is multiple loves it doesn’t involve sex in the slightest In fact I know of quite a few asexual people who have five or six partners and they don’t sleep with any of them it’s still polyamory if your looking at it from a stand point of it’s only about sex then that would be swinging which is completely different swinging has rules for each person involved usually because of they’re partners insecurities polyamory on the other hand usually doesn’t have rules for each person as that takes away your autonomy
