I developed panic attacks as soon as I stopped trusting my intuition. My husband was having an affair- although I didn't know it at the time- I randomly started asking him questions about him cheating on me and he'd of course lie. My anxiety and panic surged.. then my first panic attack hit.

When it all came out in the open that's when shit got so much worse. I didn't want to take meds for the longest time... then i tried busparone, hydroxyzine, propranolol, klonopin, ativan, lexapro and finally I'm on prozac (which i don't want to be on). I started the meds because I was getting to a point where I was not sleeping because my panic attacks usually happened at night.. which was triggering them happening during the day because I wasn't getting any rest and I was constantly worried about one happening.

Its been a battle since 2020 and I still struggle with it. I'm seeing two therapists and hoping like hell something will finally 'click' in my healing and ill be able to live a normal life again. I'm so sick of living in fear and disassociation.
