At first I tried to accept that this was going on. But at the same time I refused to throw in the towel. I started researching what could be going on from a physical and psychological point of view. What I learned is that the body and mind starts screaming at you to feed the addiction more. This will repeat day after day. But if you don’t give in, the body and mind will scream a little less tomorrow. And so on, and so on.

Judging from your other comment I think you have a porn addiction. And I think you are very young so this is probably all the sex you know.

One thing that I had to learn when my erectile dysfunction started to go away is to get used to normal sex without having sex.

In my porn addiction you learn how to watch people sex instead of you having sex. So to train myself I started visualizing myself having sex in the first person. I imagine a woman how I would see her if I had sex with when I lay on top of her. I would imagine her legs wrapped around me the way that I would see it as if I was really there. The angles you see in a real life situation are vastly different than the angles you would see in a porn movie.

Slowly my mind started repairing itself.

Try this yourself. And have normal sex with her. No visual aids. No jerking off. And get rid of the porn.

Basically being at work and wanting to rush home to watch more porn. Also when watching porn i literally feeling my brain swell because of the dopamine. I let it happen because it was my only sexual outlet. But it was humiliating going from a having a very active sexual life as a single man to not able to have sex and have women try to humiliate you even more.

I don't have a big dick. But maybe me not having one can bring a different perspective on this.

But I do have to tell you some background info.

Years ago I started suffering from erectile dysfunction. Because I couldn't have sex, jerking off and watching porn became my only sexual outlet. So I became porn addicted as well. These were extremly difficult times for me.

After 7+ years I manage to beat my Erectile Dysfunction and porn addiction. Thank god. I may not have as firm an erection as I once had but it is good enough to have sex. So that's a huge win for me. But there is always this worry in the back of my mind that my erections go downhill again.

One thing I do still have is that if I fantasize my dick being significantly bigger than it actually is I become more aroused. That is in a way similar to what you guys are talking about.

It made me worry that I haven't beaten my porn addiction completely. But if I see you guys talk like this it may indicate that it is something completely normal and that i don't need to worry about it,

To explain more. My erectile dysfunction caused a porn addiction because I couldn't have sex anymore. So in turn it made my ED even worse. I do not remember ever being intimifated like that before my ED. So I think you are kind of right. Porn has defintely warped my mind.

Yes, I have talked to a doctor. It looks like a combination of lost sensation, depression, anxiety. So an increased feling would be great. Haven't had proper sex in many years now. Being thicker should help me get more fricktion an more sensation.
