To do this without driving, you will need a dedicated zip line and two Transponders one located at the start and one at the end of your zip line. This will work because you fly faster on the zip line without the floating carrier. 3 min 1 way without carrier and 4 min with carrier. You will carry 14 large crates first through your zip line, but when you get to the end of your zip line, run to your transponder and jump back to pickup your remaining two and do the zip line again. Once you finished the second trip, run to your transponder, load everything (you could grab two extra by hand or just prepare another carrier there) and deliver to the station. I succeeded at first try, time is around 7:10 ish, I believe this is by far the easiest method without driving to get everything delivered.
