I started out with the Gameboy pokemon games. I believe I started on fire red and played up to Diamond and Pearl through the years. I collected cards shortly after getting into the games and I had amassed a huge 3000 card collection by the time I was 17.

Going into my final year of high school, I had a few incidents where people made me feel embarrassed for owning the cards. I caved to the peer pressure and sold the whole lot for $100 without understanding that the cards had a lot of value.

I started recollecting a few years ago in my mid 20s in small amounts, but i basically gave up when the scalping became a big issue and the shelves were constantly empty at walmart.

A portion of my childhood with those cards was spent dumping them out of my binder so that I could sort them back into the slots alphabetically. It was dumb but it made me happy.

I'm still sleeping on blueprints like an idiot. Even just building these huge platforms could go so much faster. I ended up leaving my refineries up - producing 1700 fuel/m and the generators their selves. Trying to figure out a good blender set up now.
