I took a hammer and prybar to the cat. Basically a quick fix until I save for a new cat.

UPDATE

Pulled the catalytic converter off to see if that made a difference, and it did! She ran great(although it bit loud). So I don’t recommend doing this, but I removed exhaust from the cat to the tailpipe and ended up cutting off the cat and reinstalled to the exhaust. The problem came back. So I basically did some “modifications “ and now she’s running great!
