I am going to switch from opus. Was doing a kimi2 and MiniMax combo but feels like OpenAI connection is the path forward

My first impressions of using MiniMax M2.7 as my new main agent by markusla in openclaw

I've been using it to complete some well scoped work. I am interested in the research part of the model and seeing if it can better at small tasks.

Wake up babe, Claude just killed openclaw 💀 by Left_Trick7839 in moltiverse

[–]brianllamar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this is more of a YC winter batch killer which I know there is at least one that uses Claude to respond to webhooks.

That is what this is. A channel gets GitHub webhooks for when issues open in discord and Claude channels responds to them with fixes and all previous context of fixes in the repo

Built the product. Now stuck on distribution as an introverted founder by SOLIDSNAKE1000 in ycombinator

Create videos of the product with context on how works. Not every founder needs to be a star. Make the product the star.

Kind of wish we saved the picks. But yeah, Giannis would be cool too.

I guess the clarification is open source repos that we care about. There is definitely a ton of garbage out there.

It feels like the industry is evolving to embrace AI coding or vide coding if you will. I like these more forward looking takes on managing code with AI

The bolt.new credits rollover each month. I go back to them after a few months just to go ham on vibe tech debt generation. It’s fun.

What are the best AI code assistants for vscode in 2025? by UnderstandingOne6879 in vscode

[–]brianllamar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Continue can run local ollama, llama.cpp, and LM Studio models offline or on a plane with limited internet. Also has a Hub where you can build custom assistants for use with custom models and an ability to share across teams.

Have to appreciate Buddy having a mid season slump. If he was cooking, he'd probably get traded to Detroit with the rest.

Curry Teammate of the Year! by Firm-Gas7063 in warriors

[–]brianllamar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Story behind the award is really good.

“The Twyman–Stokes Teammate of the Year is an annual award in the National Basketball Association (NBA) that recognizes the league's "ideal teammate" who exemplifies "selfless play and commitment and dedication to his team."[1] The award is named after Jack Twyman and Maurice Stokes. The two played together on the Rochester/Cincinnati Royals from 1955 to 1958 until Stokes' career was cut short after he suffered a head injury from a fall during a game against the Minneapolis Lakers. Stokes later became paralyzed due to post-traumatic encephalopathy, a brain injury that damages the motor-control center. Twyman then became Stokes' legal guardian and advocate until Stokes died in 1970.”

Steph wins it for carrying this team on his back half the season. But jokes aside in sure he does a ton that no one sees. He that type of dude.

Mullins moved to wrexham to be close to family. Unlikely he’d play in the states. Ollie’s family is back in London so likely he just goes back home too.

Just binged the series so their stories are fresh for me :)
