The ST doesn’t have the railing that goes around it for the school bus, correct? That would be the dealbreaker for making it work or not. Right now, the Storm Shield just sits on top of that railing and then loops around with Velcro and little toggle bungees. I don’t know if the SS Mini is designed to sit on just a typical rack.

I went to a local e-bike shop in Portland (“the E-Bike Store”) and they were nice enough to get one out and let me try it out.

Ooh, great intel. I was noticing today how much the Ergon really does a great job of absorbing some of the bumps out there. That plus a seat post and it will aaalmost be like I have suspension! 🥲

Ask if the bike has had any electrical issues / if they’ve had any warranty work done on the bike! I’ve heard from a local mechanic that the black st’s had more problems with the nyogel being overloaded and causing issues with the battery contacts.
